Spacious and bright apartment in San Isidro, 5 minutes by car from Reina Sofía Airport (TFS). The apartment has complete privacy and offers one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, full bathroom, equipped kitchen, microwave, free WiFi, Smart TV and also has a large living room. The apartment has a small balcony which is the only smoking area in the house. Pets are not allowed, it is a quiet residential area, so parties too. Smoking inside the flat is strictly forbidden (smoke detectors installed) and the fine no compliance is EUR 200 and possible eviction. For late check-in after 11:00 PM, a surcharge of 30 EUROS applies.
The most important Spanish supermarkets are at couple of minutes walking distance. Nearby you could find different restaurants, shops, pharmacies, ATMs and the Bus Station Hub, from which you could reach any location within the island. The apartment is located 5 km. by car from one of the largest and most beautiful beaches from Tenerife – Playa La Tejita (Red Mountain) and El Medano, place known for its beautiful beaches, where many water sports (such as KiteSurfing, Windsurfing) are practiced.
