Ten minutes’ walk from Sagrada Familia. Our 19th-century building has been fully renovated in 2013, respecting our heritage and providing all the comfort of the new construction: free Wi-Fi, large living rooms with flat-screen TV, comfortable bedding, balconies in some apartments, safe, security cameras, lift, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and italian machine. Happy People team will be pleased to welcome you and offer you a happy and personalized stay. We will be happy to help you book your visits, tours, tickets,… there is so much to do! No physical reception in the property, everything works with a digital system which requires payment and check-in online through the link provided.

Privileged location in the residential area of Sagrada Familia, near the Sagrada Familia basilica and three minutes’ walk from Hospital de Sant Pau, gem of modernist architecture.
