Studio in a residence with swimming pool located in an optimal position: at the entrance of the Pueblo Marinero, close to Playa de Las Cucharas and the promenade along the sea. The apartment is very bright with well-distributed spaces. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, double bed, bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Satelite TV. Free wi-fi available. The apartment is close to any kind of amenities: beaches, restaurants, shops, bus stops, markets. You can really spend your vacation without using cars.
Costa Teguise is located on the eastern side of Lanzarote, close to the capital and only 10 to 15 minutes by car from the airport. A strategic position to visit most of the natural and cultural beauties of the island. Costa Teguise is one of the most attractive tourist areas on Lanzarote thanks to its beaches, services and the tranquillity. This is definitely one of the preferred destinations for families visiting the island. One of the great appeals of Costa Teguise is its recreational facilities which run from a large variety of water activities to a golf course and water park. The major draw of Costa Teguise is the beaches. Playa de las Cucharas is most appreciated by windsurf lovers while Playa Bastian is ideal for families with small children since it is easily accessible and protected from the winds. Though smaller than the others, the fine white sandy beach of Playa Jablillo is also of note, here you can have fun snorkeling. In Costa Teguise there is the Pueblo Marinero (fishing village) which is a cluster of typical Canary buildings as conceived by the artist, Cesar Manrique. Here you can find restaurants, pubs and shops to spend great time.
