In L'Atzúbia, the Holiday Villa Near Denia offers an excellent view of the mountain. The 165 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, heating, a washing machine as well as a TV with a DVD player. A high chair is also available. Please note that one of the rooms does not have air conditioning, this room is however always cool as it's under the swimming pool, it has one wall in the rock, it has 2 big fans and there is also no direct sunlight. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be over 25 to check in. The property can be occupied by 8 people during 31st March -1st November.
