With large outdoor spaces that invite you to relax and connect with the good atmosphere of the island, where every corner has been designed for the enjoyment and well-being of our guests. The ground floor of the complex houses four charming flats, two for 2 people and two for 4, while on the upper floor there is a large flat with capacity for 10 guests and 5 bedrooms. All the rooms have direct access to the swimming pool and outdoor areas, ideal for enjoying unique moments with your family, couple or friends. In addition, for greater comfort, all the rooms include a private outdoor parking space and 1 G/s WiFi Fibre Internet connection. With a privileged location, halfway between the capital of Lanzarote and the airport. Surrounded by kilometres of golden sandy beaches, with restaurants and supermarkets just a few minutes from the property and a quick connection to the motorway for easy access to the rest of the island. Each accommodation is equipped with a kitchen that includes a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle, iron, hair dryer, cot, high chair, towels, sheets, among others. To access the accommodation, there is a small flight of stairs inside the complex. The swimming pool, shared by the guests, has a heating system that maintains a temperature of 25-26 degrees all year round. The opening hours are: Summer: 09:00 - 20:00 hrs Winter: 09:00 - 18:00 hrs An extra cleaning service is offered at mid-term for stays of more than 6 days at an additional cost.

Playa Honda beach is strategically located between Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife. It lies between two of the busiest places in Lanzarote and yet it is a haven of peace and disconnection. The beach stretches for almost two kilometres along its endless promenade, where many people practice sports to breathe fresh air and enjoy the immensity of the sea. Its waters are usually calm but it has excellent conditions for windsurfing and other water sports. The beach is located next to Lanzarote Airport, in the urbanisation of Playa Honda. This residential area emerged some 40 years ago to become one of the favourite places for Lanzarote locals looking to settle in a central and lively area. The area also has numerous bars and restaurants.
