The property is located in the area of Las Caletillas in the municipality of Candelaria about 15 minutes drive from the city of Santa Cruz. The best thing about the beach is the tranquillity that you can breathe as the occupation is usually low, except in the summer months when it can be moderate but never at the levels of the most touristic and frequented beaches of the island.
