Spread over two floors, the villa offers three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning (hot/cold), three bathrooms, two cozy living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a work area, high-speed Internet, and even gym equipment. Outside, you will find a dreamlike setting: a private pool, sunbathing area, and charming corners to relax, enjoy meals outdoors, or simply soak up the tranquility. All surrounded by landscaped gardens with ocean views, creating a serene and exclusive atmosphere. The house includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels, a travel cot, high chair, TVs on both floors, Netflix, terrace, pool, and much more. Although the villa does not have a private garage, parking in the surrounding area is easy and convenient.

El Sauzal is a municipality in the north of Tenerife located between Tacoronte and La Matanza. It overlooks Mount Teide and the Atlantic Ocean. It stretches from the coast, with steep cliffs, up to 1,507 metres above sea level. The Las Mejías ravine runs through the centre of the municipality, also divided by the TF-5 motorway, which separates it into the areas of El Ravelo, towards the summit, and El Casco, closer to the coast. The average annual temperature in El Sauzal is 20.5 ºC.
