The nüa alameda is located in the emblematic Alameda de Hércules, just a 2-minute walk from the Torre de Don Fadrique, in the heart of Seville. We offer free WiFi, a shared rooftop terrace and a courtesy service in an interior courtyard, available during limited hours. All our rooms have air conditioning, private bathroom, flat-screen TV and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and free toiletries. Heating is also available, and towels and bed linen are provided. Tourist assistance is offered to all guests at reception. Seville's tourist bus stops just 7 minutes from the Núa Alameda. The Giralda, Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar are within a 20-minute walk. Isla Magica theme park is just a 5-minute walk away and the Guadalquivir River is 400 metres away. Since it is an old building with the typical and beautiful ‘Sevillian house’ architecture, there are interior rooms with direct ventilation to an interior courtyard.
