This small guest house is just 2 minutes’ walk from the pretty beach at Bulevar de Paguera. Hostal Residencia Sutimar offers easy access to the town’s cafés, bars and restaurants, as well as the surrounding mountains. Each simply decorated room at Hostal Residencia Sutimar has a balcony, fridge and coffee maker. Safes, TVs and air conditioning are available to rent. There is also a private bathroom. Bulevar de Paguera’s beachfront promenade is less than 100 metres from the guest house. Calvià is around 20 minutes’ drive away. Palma and its airport are approximately 35 km from the Residencia Sutimar.
