Modern detached house built in 2006, with a nice backyard garden with 250 sqm of natural grass and orchard. Within easy reach of Costa Brava beaches, Celler de Can Roca famous restaurant, Dali Museum in Figueres, Banyoles natural lake and medieval villages such as Besalú, Monells, and Peratallada. Ideal spot for cyclists with plenty of nice tours departing from Bordils village. Ideal for families with children, because of the availavility of children games and the orhard.
There is public transport to Girona by bus and train. Trains reaching to Barcelona depart from nearby village Flaçà.
