We got this lovely house in the old town of Alicante not long time ago because we fell in love with the fantastic view and we are happy to share it with you. It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
This is our vacation house, therefore I won’t be able to welcome you in person, but I’m always available to answer to your message. Our friend Mary will welcome you .
The house is located in the old town of Alicante. The closest beach is Playa del Postiguet, 600 meters away (around 7-8 minutes walking). In the area, you will find lots of bars and restaurants. The supermarket and the tram station are on 5 minutes walking distance while Mercado is less than 8 minutes far. The house is located in the pedestrian area, so the closest place you can come by car is Plaza del Carmen (200 meters from the house). Be ready to climb stairs , so don't take much luggage with you. The bus and the tram station are 500-600 meters away ( less than 10 minutes walking).
