Magnificent brand new studio in a brand new building. Very bright, cosy, practical and clean. With a modern decoration, fully equipped and brand new. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the centre and the beach, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday, without stress and all the necessary amenities. Situated only 650 metres from the centre, 550 metres from Los Lances beach, 300 metres from the bus station, 9 Km from Valdevaqueros beach, and 13 Km from Punta Paloma beach, among others. Within a pleasant stroll, Iceberg Loft is an excellent starting point to enrich your culture. It is 400 metres from the Puerta de Jerez, 700 metres from the Church of San Mateo Apóstol, 800 metres from the Church of Santa María, 600 metres from the Church of San Francisco de Asis and 1 Km from the Mirador de África. In addition, the southernmost point of continental Europe is located 1.7 km away, about 25 minutes walk. Whale-Watching is just 400 metres away, while the Gisela Pulido Pro Center is 850 metres away among other places of interest.
