BEACHFRONT new apartment facing the beach staircase 7 San Lorenzo. Luxurious new building halfway through the ride. Two elevators. Possibility to rent garage in the same building in summer months. It can also be rented for days in a guarded parking lot on the same street, just two minutes walk. Maximum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 CHILDREN Time input and flexible output, except in the following cases: - If the day of arrival coincides with departure, the apartment will be available at 15:00. - If the departure coincides with another entry, the apartment must be left at 11:00 hours.
I live in Gijón, just ten minutes far from the apartment. I will be very pleased to help you organize your stay and advise on what to do, where to eat, etc. I speak English.
In the city center. Very quiet and sunny. bright, modern décor. Fully equipped. No overlooks the beach. Supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, local takeaways and 24 hours on adjacent streets. Very close to several bus stops and taxi rank.
