The Kentia apartment is a quality accommodation, located next to the golf course and a short walk from the sea and the main restaurants and leisure areas of Playa Granada. Its enclave, within an urbanization surrounded by tropical vegetation, enjoys an ideal temperature all year round. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the terrace overlooking the garden and the tranquility that you will undoubtedly find in this charming accommodation that has been designed in detail for your comfort. The apartment is equipped with all kitchen utensils and appliances, smart TV and has aerothermal heating and cooling. There is a cot on request.

Playa Granada is located just along the coast of Motril between the towns of Salobrena and Calahonda. In this place you will find restaurants and bars on the beach, showers, large car parks, lifeguards, an 18-hole golf course and a driving range to improve your swing, two campsites on the beach and high-end residential complexes. On the beach there is access for the disabled, public bathrooms, umbrellas, sunbeds and a yacht club where you can take a surf course or practice paddle surfing, among others.
