Neighbourhood information

It is a residential area located 3 minutes drive from the San Ignacio neighborhood of Bilbao or the center of Erandio, with all the necessary services (supermarket, bakeries, cafes, pharmacy ....). Its location on the banks of the Ria de Bilbao that connects Bilbao and Getxo allows you to take beautiful walks and enjoy the valuable industrial heritage of tow trucks and shipyards that were a hallmark of Greater Bilbao. From the apartment you can reach the San Ignacio neighborhood of Bilbao and the center of the town of Erandio in 15 minutes. For those who enjoy walking along the riverside, you can reach the Old Town in just over an hour, or the Hanging Bridge (World Heritage Site), the Abra or the Getxo Marina.. The metro is a 1 minute walk away, on the line that connects Bilbao with Gexto and several coastal towns such as Sopelana or Plentzia. You can park in the streets around the house for free and without time limit. Lutxana-Erandio is very well located to reach in less than 15 minutes the airport of Bilbao and the most beautiful places of the coast of Bizkaia, with its beaches and nature reserves.
