The house is located just 17 km from the centre of Seville in Villanueva del Ariscal, a village in the Aljarafe area of Seville, where you can visit Seville, one of the most interesting cities in the world, and relax without noise, leaving behind the hustle and bustle of the big city. At the moment we have a bedroom with a double bed and private access to a terrace, a work table, outside the room there is a breakfast and games area, a terrace downstairs next to the hallway and the bathroom is shared. You can also opt for the room with single beds, it is also a comfortable room, it has a double wardrobe, they also share the common areas, breakfast and games area, terrace next to the hallway and shared bathroom.

Villanueva del Ariscal, is a village that belongs to the Aljarafe Sevillano, very quiet and is located about 17 km +/- from the centre of Seville, this allows you to visit the wonderful city and rest without noise. In the village you will find all the necessary services, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and shops. You can go for a walk, then to get to Seville if you don't have a car, you can call a taxi to take you directly or to the train station, in the village there is also a municipal bus service.
