Guest Information & Guidelines
- Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 17:00 on arrival day. Check-out is no later than 11:30.
- Room Rental: La Casa Verde is rented by the room, not the entire house. Each room has a private bathroom. As there is no kitchen in the premises, a daily breakfast (for guests without allergies or intolerances) is included in the room rate.
- Shared Spaces: Guests have access to a living room, a dining room, and the garden.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in any shared indoor or outdoor areas.
- Food Policy: For hygiene reasons, outside food is not allowed in the premises.
- Payment: Payment is made in cash upon check-in (not applicable to pre-paid bookings via bank or platforms like Booking).
- Cancellations & Early Departure: Guests leaving before the agreed checkout date are not entitled to a refund.
- Exclusive Access: The house and facilities are for registered guests only. Visitors who are not registered are not permitted.
- Amenities: Towels and bed linen are provided. Toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are not provided.
- Compliance: Failure to follow these guidelines may result in eviction without refund.

Welcome to our cozy family-run bed and breakfast in the stunning Peñas de Viguera, La Rioja, Spain. Your hosts are Pili, her friendly dog Pongo, four playful cats, a playful goat named Luna, and free-roaming chickens—creating a warm, authentic rural experience.
Perfect for nature lovers, our B&B is surrounded by breathtaking cliffs where majestic vultures with 3-meter wingspans soar. Step outside the door to enjoy hiking trails, mountain biking, road cycling, and riverside walks. Discover medieval castles, charming villages, and the peaceful countryside of rural La Rioja.
For wine lovers, our house is ideally located between Rioja Alta and Rioja Baja, the very heart of Spain’s most famous wine region. Pili will be delighted to recommend visits to both renowned wineries and hidden local gems, so you can taste the best of Rioja wines. On arrival, enjoy a welcome glass of local wine or mosto.
We are just 5 minutes from the vibrant villages of Nalda and Viguera, and only 20 minutes from Logroño, the capital of tapas and wine culture in Spain.
After a day of exploring, relax in our comfortable living room. In winter, curl up by the cozy fireplace and enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
