Enjoy this apartment of 32 m2 completely refurbished, in the very heart of the district of Ruzafa. Roomy, comfortable and spacious, located just a few minutes away from the center of Valencia and the City of Arts. A unique and special apartment because of its beauty and the care with which it was built. And the paintings that decorate the rooms are original works of authorship. All this combines perfectly with the spaces to provide you with a unique experience. Ideal for couples and/ or business travelers wishing to spend a few days in Valencia. The location of the apartment is excellent 1. 3 km from the Town Hall Square, 1, 2 km from the City of Arts and Sciences, 1.1 km from the Estación del Norte, 1.6 Km. from the AVE railway station and 4.6 km from the beach. You can walk to all these places or catch the bus at the numerous bus stops nearby. You also have a Valenbisi station (a place where you can hire a bike) in the same block. Appartment not suitable for weelchairs.
Nowadays, the district of Ruzafa is one of city's cultural and leisure driving forces. To its numerous and varied restaurants, we must add the sunny terraces full of public that make this neighborhood something unique. A lot of varied and unique shops will delight the shopping lovers. The apartment is located in the district of Ruzafa so you can go downtown while enjoying a pleasant walk. Just 300 m. away you have the Ruzafa Market and a little further away the Central Market, a paradise for foodies, and where you will be able to buy all the delicacies you want (and discover many new ones).
