It is an attic with a spectacular view of the bay of Puerto Rico. The apartment is located in a residence with swimming pool, solarium and sunbeds (free). The house has a height of 3 meters, very airy and panoramic even from the bedroom. The apartment is very nice, tastefully finished and in perfect Canarian style. Outside the residence you can park easily and for free.
I like traveling and playing sports. And I really care about the comfort of my accommodation.
At only 100 meters there is the beach, the supermarket, the bus stop and various shops. Just 400 meters away is the new Mogan Mall, inaugurated at the end of November 2019. Being in the center and facing the sea is priceless.
