Property information

Luxury house in Guadarrama, perfect for groups of up to 12 people. It has a large swimming pool, surrounded by a large garden that includes a soccer field and a tennis court 100% private. With a plot of 3000 m², the outdoor area has a barbecue and a “chill-out” area with a brazier. The villa is fully equipped, with 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 bathrooms and a toilet. An ideal place to enjoy unforgettable days in the company of family and/or friends. P.S.: The garden has an irrigation system, but in summer, the natural grass may dry out in some areas and even disappear. The photos in the advertisement were taken in winter/spring.

The area is located between Guadarrama and Los Molinos. It is a quiet and peaceful area but well connected. The neighborhood is composed of primary and secondary housing.
