Beautiful penthouse apartment with wonderful village views

We are on hand in the village should you have any issues, we will be here to meet you with the keys and show you around the apartment, we are very attentive, but also allow you the space to enjoy your holiday, we ran a holiday cottage in France very successfully for many years, and now we are enjoying sharing our beautiful Portman with new visitors.

The traditional Spanish village of Portman lies in a picturesque sheltered harbour in the Costa Calida. The historic mining hills form the backdrop of this charming harbour village which inhabits around 1000 people, mainly Spanish. The bay is going through a rejuvenation project which when complete will make Portman even prettier. Portman itself is a walkers/cyclists paradise, with short walks of around 30 minutes up to over two hours for the keener walkers. The Village has a very friendly relaxed atmosphere with a truly Spanish feel. There are six bars in the village all serve snacks, Tapas and sea food caught locally. There are three restaurants, all serving high quality Spanish dishes including seafood and meat dishes they are all highly recommended. The Casa Cegarra is centrally situated in the village, and two are on the Playa Lastre with wonderful sea views. The beautiful Portman cove named Playa Lastra is only a 3 minute drive or currently 15 minute walk; once the marina is complete the cove will be a 5 minute walk. The beach cove is beautiful with crystal clear waters, and has two bars, two restaurants and a light house.
