La Mata Studio to idealne miejsce na wygodny pobyt dla 2-3 osób. Mieszkanie znajduje się jedyne 300 metrów od najlepszej plaży w Torrevieja! W salonie znajduje się łózko 160x200 dla 2 osób oraz łóżko pojedyncze. Spokojne osiedle w hiszpańskim stylu, rozległe baseny (remontowane w 2023 roku), wspaniałe widoki z tarasu na dachu. Zaledwie 5 kroków od przystanku autobusowego, 50 metrów od sklepu spożywczego i 100 metrów do najbliższych restauracji Nr licencji turystycznej VT-496717-A
