Cozy 2-bedroom apartment with incredible sea and mountain views, located in the south of Gran Canaria. It features a spacious bathroom and a living-dining room with an open kitchen. The master bedroom has blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes. From the living room and master bedroom, you can enjoy sea and mountain views. It features a communal pool and garden, and access to the sea from the complex. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils, storage space, wine glasses, and an island with 3 stools. There are restaurants, bars, and a convenience store at the foot of the building, and supermarkets are 5 minutes away.
