Welcome to La Plazuela del Tiétar! House built in the 1940s, fully renovated in 2014, combining its old character and new elements. 130m2 divided in two floors. 1hr distance from Madrid, located in Casavieja (Ávila), Valle del Tiétar, southside of Sierra de Gredos. The house is a resting place to those who are looking for disconnecting from the city. Recently renovated and designed for “slow and relax”. Two bedrooms and a sofa bed (for two) in the living room, two full bathrooms. The house is perfect and intimate for couples and families (4-5 members), small group of friends are also welcome (4-5 members). While you are here the house will be your private refuge, the neighbourhood is quiet. There is a terrace and small garden quite sunny in winter and fresh in summer. Wood for the chimney is included in the price. The kitchen has vitro, oven and microwave, Italian and Dolce Gusto coffemakers; it is fully equipped to prepare yourself delicious meals. TV with USB port (please check out the video in the TV pendrive to make fire at the chimney). Towels, bed linen and bathroom paper provided.

The neighbourhood is very calm. You will hear mostly the birds singing. There are restaurants, shops and very good meat shops, parks, a church at a short distance. The town, Casavieja, enjoys a beautiful landscape, the mountain is visible from the town. You can reach the close countryside by foot (45 minutes walk) or by car, there is free parking available. There is a touristic paper guide available in the house.
