This is a new project we have started this is a typical old style Spanish period house but everything is new in the bedroom Curtains,bedding & Towels .The property is set in beautiful spacious grounds with lots of plantation.The Bathroom is next door to the room which is shared with other residents and the Kitchen next door to that you have space in the fridge use of cooker all utensils etc .We have a fire pit where you can have Barbecues. This is a shared property so other people will come and go. Ideal location for Hiking,Climbing and Swimming Etc. The property is getting fully refurbished in stages so you will see bits of work in the grounds please be aware of this. It is so quiet and relaxing for a nice get away. Very Tranquil approximately 5 km from Villajoyosa centre. A Taxi costs around 12 Euros to the Town Centre where you can get a Tram to Alicante or other way to Benidorm and change to go as far as El Campello perfect for outdoor activities such as Hiking, Climbing, Fishing ,Swimming Etc.
