Property information

Three-storey apartment house with accommodation for up to 6 people, garage for 2 persons. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, in a gated complex (chip access on foot and by car) with maintained gardens and 3 outdoor pools with the possibility of relaxing in its surroundings. The distance to the nearest beach La Tejita with beach bar is 400 m. There is a free tennis court with artificial surface 100 m away, tennis rackets and tennis balls freely available. Access to 2 golf resorts within 15 minutes by car. Within 10 minutes by car also the beach in El Medano for windsurfers and kite surfers. Ideal for families with children and sporty small groups. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms with access to the terrace from one of them with air conditioning. Built-in wardrobes in each. Bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Ground floor: Spacious living room and kitchen with air conditioning, entrance to the terrace, bathroom with toilet and shower, with the possibility of adjusting for sleeping two people. Basement: Spacious garage for 2 cars, washing machine. Here stored free to use sun umbrella for the beach, surfboard, 4 tennis rackets,1 children's racket, tennis balls -recreational level. Plenty of space for storing other sports equipment.

The apartment is just steps from Playa del Confital and Playa de la Tejita beaches. Other beaches such as Playa la Maretas and the surfers' favourite Playa del Médano are also in close proximity. The complex offers a free tennis court, outdoor swimming pools, and gardens to complete your visit with an active and relaxing experience. At a distance of 200 m from the complex there is a shopping center with a supermarket, Thai, Indian and fish restaurant, as well as playground for children nearby. For nature lovers, the location offers several hiking and biking trails. Right next to the complex there is a shopping centre with a Dialprix supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, etc.
