In Sant Josep de sa Talaia on the Balearic island of Ibiza, the luxurious villa "La Vila 30 Gran" is located in a quiet residential area that is perfect for families with children. The 250 m² holiday home, which combines elegant design with traditional architecture, consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the large outdoor area of the accommodation you will find a beautiful Mediterranean garden, a covered terrace and a covered charcoal grill. The younger guests of the house will also find an outdoor children's area with a trampoline, a slide and a playhouse. Drink an aperitif in the lounge area under the pergola in the evening, enjoy delicious grilled dishes at the long dining table with your loved ones or relax on the comfortable wicker furniture. The absolute highlight is the fantastic pool, which provides refreshment on hot summer days.
