Stylish two-storey apartment on one of the oldest streets in the city center. You will find fantastic ocean views from home. Also 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an open kitchen and a private terrace of 50m2 where you can sunbathe. 2 beaches, natural ocean pool, restaurants, cafes, SUPER DINO, LIDL and MERCADONA within walking distance. Nearby the central square with free wi-fi where all local holidays are celebrated, play in the evenings with children and go in for sports. All bedrooms are located inside the house on the same floor (see the description of the bedrooms under the photos). Actually, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults, where three bedrooms have 3 single beds and 1 double bed and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There is also a foldable baby bed. Each floor has its own shower room and toilet. On the floor with a living room, kitchen and bedrooms, a shower room and a toilet are separate. On the floor with a terrace and a tent, a shower room and a toilet are in the same room. A staircase from a small open air patio leads to the upper floor with a terrace. Roller blinds are installed on the large windows from the kitchen.
The house is located in the resort area. The nearest small beach is Playa de Santiago 130 meters from the house, the famous Playa de la Arena beach is 800 meters from the house. Near the house there is a central square on the ocean, where there is free city Wi-Fi, as well as a green area with sports equipment and a beautiful view of the ocean. On the main street Av. Maitima Puerto de Santiago near the house there are all possible services for tourists. If you are traveling by car, you can park your car for free at the end of our street (100 meters from the house) or on the other side of the house in a free parking lot next to the central square (200 meters from the house). Near the central square (200 meters from the house) there is a public transport stop. Buses provide direct access to other popular resorts and beaches (Abama Beach, Los Cristianos, Costa Adeje).
