Enjoy the peace and quiet of this very spacious (250㎡) new build double apartment in the New Golden Mile. A light Boho African tinted interior with an open fully equipped kitchen and living room that effortlessly flows into a spacious terrace (70㎡), perfect for al fresco dining with spectacular 180° sea views of Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains. A gem.

Neighbourhood information

All you hear are birds and crickets... it's so soothing there! If you feel like a beach bar, you are 3 minutes away from Sonora Beach Bar. Also an ideal start for a nice walk along the coast, right to Estepona, left to Marbella. Shopping: Aldi at 5 min and Carrefour at 8 min. There is also a small supermarket nearby. Parking: Ample parking in the garage near the elevator. There is also free parking outside Oasis325 if needed. Old town Estepona and Marbella is a 10-15 min drive away. There you will find super cozy restaurants. Everything is pretty close while you can enjoy in peace.
