If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and a personalised interaction with the host this is your place. Large and cozy townhouse located in a very quiet beach, surrounded by the rice fields and with the Albufera Natural Park in your backyard. Ideal for a walk along the beach and enjoying the Valencian cuisine. Valencia City is located just over half an hour from the house and in less than 10 min you can find the towns of Cullera or Sueca counting with all the services you may need. Large and cozy 3-story townhouse with garage/storeroom. The living and dining room together with the kitchen and a small bath are located in the ground floor, accessible using a few steps from the street level, in the first floor you will find three bedrooms and a full bathroom and finally in the second floor there is an attic with a balcony. The house has a little patio in the front and a BBQ area in the back next to the kitchen The house is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a home-like getaway. WiFi and air con in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. Fireplace is not functional, just decorative.

Mareny Blau is mainly a second residency beach area with a relaxing atmosphere. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere and off season it is almost like a private place for you.The urbanization offers: • Tennis courts and other racket-related sport courts, swimming pool. • A variety of restaurants mainly open during summer and weekends in spring. There is a minimum service the rest of the year. • A small convenience store which opens from Easter to early sept. • There is a very popular bakery just 15 min walking which opens all year round. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere but never overcrowded as opposed to the most popular touristic areas and during the rest of the year it is priceless to enjoy such an exclusive and secluded beach with an amazing weather and still counting with everything you may need in less than 10 minutes by car. Approximate distances by car: • Valencia: 30 min • Albufera: 15-20 min • Mall with Carrefour, cinema, restaurants etc Regular bus service in summer, 2 services during weekdays in winter. Very recommendable to come with car.
