The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach holiday and relaxation, just 200 meters from the beach La Devesa in Oliva Nova, in its surroundings has supermecado and several restaurants. Located within the magnificent Resort Oliva Nova that has an 18-hole golf course, Equestrian Center of international level, 5-star Hotel Resort, shopping gallery with pharmacy and food, restaurants, wide green areas and one of the few virgin beaches that still exist on our coast. The whole complex has 24 hour surveillance.
