Perfect duplex in Meloneras, one of the best locations in Gran Canaria.
The residential complex is gated and offers two pools, one for children and one for adults, a sun terrace, and a paddle tennis court. A supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, and Meloneras beach and the golf course are only a few minutes away. There is good public transport access.
First floor:
- Living/dining room: equipped with sofa, smart TV, side tables, and a table for 6 guests. High chair for babies available.
- Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The property has a potable water system suitable for drinking.
- Bathroom: with WC and washbasin.
- Front patio: equipped with a motorized awning and aluminum fence. The space has garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, and side table).
- Rear patio: equipped with a table for 6 people, ideal for outdoor meals, and a chill-out area for relaxing in the evening. An electric grill is available for your use in this space. This terrace gives access to a room with washing machine and storage for cleaning and beach/pool equipment.
Upper floor:
- Main bedroom: decorated in Nordic style, with double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, built-in wardrobe with mirror, and smart TV. This room has air conditioning.
- Second bedroom: with two single beds, bedside tables, reading light, built-in wardrobe, and mirror. There is a portable air conditioner.
- Bathroom: with WC, large washbasin with storage, and shower.
- Balcony: equipped with a clothes dryer.
Parties are not allowed.
