Located in one of the most central areas of Playa de las Americas and only 800 metres from the beaches and the best leisure facilities, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The so-called "Golden Mile" is also just a few steps away, where you can find restaurants, shops and boutiques of the best brands. It is the ideal accommodation to enjoy all that the south of Tenerife and its beaches have to offer. The flat is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic stay with family or friends. If you want to take advantage of our magnificent climate, there is nothing better than sitting or eating outside on our terrace. Of course, you can choose to go to our nearby beaches or enjoy the complex's swimming pool. There are parking options in the surrounding area (both on the street - free of charge - and in an underground car park 100 metres away).

Our accommodation is located in one of the best and most central areas of Playa de las Americas, very close to all kinds of leisure, restaurants, bars, pubs and supermarkets, as well as 3 of the best beaches in Tenerife, Playa de Troya (1.4 km. ), strolling along the coastline and taking in several shopping centres and some of the best restaurants and pubs in the area, and Playa del Camisón (800 m.) and Playa de Las Vistas (1.3 km.), which are within walking distance of a short, pleasant stroll through the Golden Mile of Playa de las Américas. Siam Park, the best water park in the world, is also very close to our accommodation.
