This charming and well furnished house is situated in a very quiet urbanisation. Close to the town and to the beaches., Several golfcourse, the closest 8 km. The Waterpark Aquvaera within 20 min drive, The filmsets in Tarbanaa about 1 hour drive, The roman theatre i Cartagena. The bull ring in Vera or in Mucia The house has a lounge/diner with an American kitchen. Two well sized bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. The one room with a double bed and the other with two single beds There is a big family bathroom with walk-in shower and a cloakroom. There is a nice outside terrace with dining table and chairs, where you can enjoy your meals while taking in the mountain view. The rooftop terrace with garden furniture has a breathtaking mountain view. A/C in the lounge and in both bedrooms. A separate laundry room to the left of the entrance For your entertainment there is a television, and WiFi. Bedlinen, towels and a reasonable consumption of electricity are included in the rental price. A Security / damage deposit: 100 is to be paid via Bizum or Bank transfer before receiving the keys (unless booked through Airbnb). The money will be refunded via bizum or bank transfer assuming no damage has occurred. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on the street - In la Les Tourtereaux, we do accept dogs (NOT cats), but ONLY on request, as we know they are a part of the family. The apartment will only accept smaller dogs, as there is no room for bigger dogs. The dog owner must guarantee that the dog doesn’t bark at night or when left alone.
