This beachfront property is a minute's walk from the beach of the Mediterranean. The villa Loma del Rey 56 and its lawn in front of the house (private property, belonging to the villa) is located on the beach Alcaidesa Beach, a kilometer-long and wide beach. The Spanish-Moorish-style house has a loggia, terraces and a garden with BBQ and free Wi-Fi. The air-conditioned villa has a living / dining area with fireplace, satellite TV and terrestrial TV (Spanish, German, English and international channels). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge and an oven. There is a washing machine. The house has two single beds in bedroom 1 and a box spring bed in bedroom 2. It is ideal for 2 to 4 people. All beds have adjustable mattresses (with motor and remote control) for the back and head area and the legs. There is a sofa bed in the living room for a 5th person as well as a child, ask when You need. There is a workplace with a desk in the house. Pets are only allowed upon request. Pets are not allowed in the beds.

The house is located in the idyllic urbanization Loma del Rey, away from the traffic noise in a still green coastal location overlooking Gibraltar. Access to the urbanization have only holidaymakers and homeowners. Restaurants are nearby. There is also a grocery store.
