Se trata de un edificio recién restaurado, una antigua casa andaluza, con un bonito herraje.

Se encuentra en la esquina de la Avda. de Nuestra Señora de Regla con Avenida de Jerez, en frente de una plaza con un parque infantil heladería, comercios cercanos y la playa a escasos metros! Muy tranquilo sin bares nocturnos ni mucho ruido.
