This stunning townhouse with magnificent sea views overloooking Sotogrande Port, Gibraltar and Morocco has a choice of 3 swimming pools including cascade with surrounding tropical gardens. Beach, Golf, Mountainbiking, Kite surfing, Polo, Tennis all close. Two private parking spots at property.
Great restaurants and bars line the Sotogrande and La Duquesa ports which are only a 5 minute drive. Secluded beaches less than 2km away with accessible parking allow for relaxing and rockpools are great for snorkeling. Beaches offer sunbuds and the local chiringuito serves great coctails and tapas. More than 5 top golf course including Valderrama and San Roque are within 30 mins drive. Day trips to Gibraltar (only 20 minutes away) and pristine white beaches in Tarifa (horse riding, kite boarding) are well worthwile and you can even catch the ferry from Tarifa to Tangiers (Africa) and experience the Moroccon culture with local markets, bargain hunting and city tours. Experience great nightlife and shopping in Marbella, Porto Banus and Estepona. (15-30 mins) The Sierra Nevada are less than a 3 hour drive and offer some great snow caps for awesome skiing and snowboarding. Hire Car is advised
