Since 2019 we have taken a much more international approach and now attract people from accross the globe and offer properties for rent or sale in the triangle from Javea to Denia and inland to La Sella. We speak English, Spanish, French, German and some Russian. Caring for our guests' best comfort is our priority, whether they rent a 5 bedroom villa by the sea or a 2 bedroom apartment in la Sella with Splendid views and many family activities around. Our office is just 10 minutes from Denia, so we are always available to guests

Sorry, not available less 5 nights This luxury villa with 5 bedrooms is situated in the Las Rotas area of Denia. This property has all you need for a wonderful holiday. Within 5 minutes walk to a rocky beach but the sandy beaches of Denia are just a few minutes away by car. The villa has it´s own private and heated swimming pool, so relaxing by the pool with a cold drink seems a good thing to do. Local bars and restaurants are virtually on the doorstep, so there is no lack of amenities.
