Property has just been fully renovated to the highest specs and will be the only one with this size, quality, brightness and peace, you can find just a few steps from the most sought after area of Puente Romano, its restaurants, tennis club and different amenities. All rooms in the house are facing beautiful dense vegetation from Arroyo de Nagueles and from top floor you have beautiful seaview. Baby cribs, chairs and protections available
For most of the guests who come to marbella to have a great time but enjoy having quietness and calm at home at night, this could be your property. It offers this rental is not intended to do parties at the property as It's a very quiet community with mostly families living there. For those groups who think might want to play loud music at night or smoke inside the property, please abstein from booking. We'll have zero tolerance with the breach of this rule proceeding with the inmediate cancellation of the reservation and getting the authorities to out the guests straight away
