It is a high-quality property with direct access to the beach and fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is located within a completely enclosed residential complex. Residents can enjoy a private restaurant overlooking the beach, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner exclusively for those staying in the building. The complex features a very large pool, gardens, a padel court, and a social club with a TV, card game area, and fireplace. Security is available 24 hours a day. The apartment is 110 m² and includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a queen-size bed with no steps, two bathrooms, two terraces, a Neff kitchen, and a large open lounge. Private parking is available on the property for your car. A security deposit is required prior to entry. Please note that Calpe is currently expanding, and construction work may occur in or around the building at times. This may result in occasional daytime noise beyond our control.
