Luxury apartment with private pool and 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom. It is a new construction, domotized and fully equipped. It has a private terrace with a chill-out area and a small pool. From the same terrace you can access the common areas, swimming pools, SPA, gym, etc. It also has its own parking space.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located within the newly built complex ONE RESIDENCES, a new neighbourhood concept with premium services. It is located next to the Calahonda golf club, one of the best on the coast.
