When creating PalmBeech Properties in 2021 we wanted a company led by values, culture and innovation to build a unique brand in real estate. The Italian designer kitchen boasts Silla stone worktops and high-end Bosch appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge, freezer, coffee/milk machine, and wine cooler. Enjoy meals on the large terrace overlooking one of the two swimming pools. The spacious lounge has high ceilings, recessed lighting, and large ‘L’ shaped sofas opening onto the terrace. A Bose home entertainment system with surround sound and an extensive selection of global channels/movies enhance your relaxation. Each double bedroom features sumptuous bedding, designer light fittings, and extensive fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have private terraces with stunning golf course views. The master terrace includes an outdoor bed for morning coffee with tranquil views. Air conditioning is available in the lounge and both bedrooms. The two pristine bathrooms offer generous walk-in showers, wall-mounted WCs, beautiful tiling, and oak-framed units with natural stone tops. ‘Casa Calma’ boasts three terraces, with the lounge terrace providing an ‘al fresco’ dining table overlooking the pool. Guests have access to exclusive amenities, including two pools and a children’s area, set within meticulously landscaped grounds. An additional secure storage area is provided for golf clubs. The property is conveniently located just a six-minute walk from the bustling former fishing village of Los Cristianos, with shopping, dining and plenty of other amenities.

The villa is situated in the close proximity of the Water parks “Siam Park” and “Aqualand”. There is also a day spa, gymnasium, commercial centers, beaches, water sports, go-karting, and golf within 5-10 minutes drive from the property. There are supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the villa or plentiful shops and restaurants within a 5 minute drive. We provide our guests with a full concierge package if requested. A car is recommended to fully enjoy all that Tenerife and the area has to offer, however taxis are readily available and not overly expensive.
