QuaetCruydt Lanzarote is a small rental company active in Lanzarote, of which the owners also manage holiday homes in the Netherlands under the name Het Spoel (hetspoel.nl).

Property information

Unique garden with amazing classical styled villa suited for a couple in search for luxury or a family. Features a large and warm (due to the cover) swimming pool. Downstairs, there’s the bedroom with a double bed and a foldup bed and upstairs there’s another bedroom with a double bed and a children’s bed. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing room, a cozy living with fireplace (and tv), a stylish dining room, bathroom, very large veranda with kitchenette, seating area and dining table. The parking is free, in front of the villa. There is a separate apartment (guesthouse) that can also be rented either separately or together. This guesthouse only has access to the pool when rented in combination with the villa. It has its own large and sunny garden. The accommodations have doors between them in the garden and share the washing room with dishwasher (time schedule).

Neighbourhood information

Quiet area just off the city centre (the Garden District), but still on walking distance to all the venues, good restaurants, plenty of supermarktes and the beautiful beaches. Can be reached in 15 minutes from the airport.
