Building "Poseidon" of elegant and unique architecture of 2 floors with a large terrace on the covered floor, it has its own elevator which has direct independent access to each of the houses and terrace. The building is made up of 3 apartments completely renovated with high quality materials and decorated with exquisite taste and with great detail. Two apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor distributed with 2 large double bedrooms with 1.35x2.00mt beds, very bright and with balconies, laminated flooring, Smart TV, 2 full bathrooms, large independent living room, 1.40x2 sofa-bed. 00mt, modern design kitchen fully equipped with all leading brand LG appliances, centralized air conditioning system, main marble flooring. In addition, the building has a third apartment on the ground floor with 1 bedroom with a large double bed with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped modern design American kitchen, Smart TV, separate living room with sofa bed and centralized air conditioning system. Own terrace of 25m2 with direct access to the kitchen, complete bathroom. Building located in an area with all services available.
