Luxurious Duplex-Bungalow in the complex Residence Las Brisas in a very quiet area with 24 hours surveillance in public area’s. The house has two bedrooms with large closets for plenty of storage, a living room, a storage room with washing machine and dryer (Bosch) and top quality fully equipped large kitchen. There is also a terrace with sun beds and a barbecue to enjoy with friends or family. The common areas in the complex consist of a swimming pool and a jacuzzi (both non-heated in winter therefor refreshing) and is open all year round. There is a private parking space in the underground garage.
Free access to the pool (non-heated) all year round from 10 am until 8 pm. Free parking in the New Mogán Mall 24 hours. 2 hours free parking at the Spar. If you loose keys : the frontdoor key from the main intrance costs 30 euros because it’s a special one. Other keys 10 euro’s. Remote control for the garage : 50 euros
