Located right at Playa del Acequion in Torrevieja, this 3 bedroom apartment is recently renovated and is fully equipped with modern furnishing. Spread across 118 m² built, 100 m² floor area, with a very large living room with a balcony with full frontal sea view it is a unique property in the market as most available properties are old or without such views. The apartment is better than pictures as picture does not have updated pictures of fake grass and wooden decked up terrace and other thing
My team, keyholder and myself are available to communicate through booking com, Airbnb app, emails and social messengers
- Near park Dona Sinforosa - Near the port (1.5 kms) and it’s lively promenade, restaurants and activities - Multiple restaurants on the beach where apartment is located - Water sports available on the beach - Supermarket, bike rental and other amnesties available with in 100-200 meters - Area frequented by both locals and tourists from abroad and spain - Bus stop is nearby - Tele Taxi Torrevieja or Radio Taxi Torrevieja are two taxi services in the neighbourhood (as the apartment is located n the beach it’s better to put address of street leading to it while calling Taxi: Calle Dona Sinforosa 1 or Calle Guardamar 2B)
