Villa Maria is perfectly located on the new golden mile just 10 min from San Pedro , 15 min from Puerto Banus and an array of shops restaurants within 10 min walk to our local centre in Benavista . Also very close to multiple beaches and beach restaurants El paraiso and atalaya golf within 10 min
