This typical Andalusian house is ideally located in the heart of the historic centre. Close to squares, restaurants, tapas bars and small shops as well as 300 meters from the first beaches. You will do everything easily on foot. The area is quiet and the panoramic view of the mountains (also visible sea) will definitely blow your mind. Very bright and airy the sun bathes the house from the patio to the terrace! On the ground floor, you will find an entrance overlooking the living room, a patio, a first bathroom (with shower) - WC and bright kitchen. On the first floor, a second bathroom (bath/shower) and two double bedrooms (2 beds 90 x 200cm that can be combined). On the second floor, a double bedroom (2 beds 90 x 200cm) and access to the rooftop terrace of 33m². Views of the mountains, the city and even the sea... the terrace will be the ideal place for sunbathing, dinners and refreshing showers on hot days. The accommodation is equipped with internet fiber, although the 4G is available everywhere in the accommodation. A Smart-TV 4K with a 'Chromecast 4K' : access to Max, Eurosport Player (Android TV), Molotov TV, Tivify, etc. Kitchen and Bed linen, bath and beach towels will be provided as well as soap and shampoo. A washing machine will be available with the necessary for washing technical clothes. A “sporty” closet with a beach volleyball ball, 4 beach tennis rackets + balls, 1 football ball, beach towels, 1 umbrella and yoga mats. Padel tennis option : hire a padel tennis court + 4 padel rackets (and balls), contact us. A modern equipped kitchen : ceramic hob, multifunction oven, dishwasher Also an automatic espresso machine Three double bedrooms with beds 90 x 200cm. Long length and quality spring mattresses.
You're welcome! We are french but we are now living in Almuñécar. We know the area for about 10 years and Andalusia for nearly 20 years. We love andalusian culture, we love Granada province...and we love cycling too. Our house is cycling-friendly. Tools and equipment available if needed. We will be happy to share with you our preferred bars, shops and places in the area. ¿Bienvenidos!
The neighborhood is quiet because the street is almost pedestrian, only passing scooters and very small vehicles. Small street of heart of town. 1 minute walk from the town hall square, all the shops and 300 meters from the beaches, you won’t need a motor vehicle; everything is within walking distance. You are in the heart of the old town in a small street without car traffic. 1 mini-supermarket at 40m, another one at 70m + 1 small bakery… and all the other food shops hardly further, you will not miss anything for your daily purchases. The cost of living here is cheap, even when buying in the smallest businesses. The city is full of bars and restaurants all authentic and cheap for the most part. You’ll want to spend hours on terraces eating free tapas with your drink (this is the particularity of the Province of Granada)… and you will taste the sweetness of Andalusian life. You can move easily on foot. However it goes up a bit, the city is built on a rocky hillock. For parking, you can park free of charge in the Mercadillo car park (be sure to move your car the day before the Friday and Sunday market). We will help you if necessary to find the best parking.
