Central penthouse apartment with private terrace
At the same address there are three beautiful and comfortable apartments, whose details can be seen in the photos of each of them. The largest apartment (apartment with terrace), has 70 m2 and is a beautiful penthouse with a large private and exclusive terrace of 25 m2, with a bathroom and two bedrooms. A first and spacious bedroom is located on the main floor and the second one is located on a mezzanine, both connected by stairs, as you can see in the photos. The second apartment (deluxe studio), is a loft type, 41 m2, elegantly decorated and very bright, with large windows overlooking Comedias street. The third apartment (1 bedroom apartment), with 45 m2, has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a large separate bedroom. In this apartment all the rooms are very bright with windows to two interior patios. The location is perfect for exploring the city center and getting to know the most popular places and local customs. You will be able to enjoy all the magical corners of the city while taking a leisurely stroll. The privileged location allows you to enjoy all the attractions of the city without the need for long trips.
