Located only a few steps away from the beach, this stunning holiday home is a perfect oasis of comfort and peace for your next holiday. This spacious property is nestled in Malaga's new Golden Mile, with its beachfront promenade full of trendy eateries and traditional fish restaurants. It is made up of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal to sleep for up to 6 people: The master bedroom features a large double bed with en-suite bathroom and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom features two single beds that can be used as a double bed, and the third bedroom a trundle bed. The fully equipped kitchen boats with all the amenities one could dream of in a home away from home. The large dining and living room area open onto a comfortable terrace with unbeatable views over one of Malaga's favourite landmarks, the old tobacco factory, the Tabacalera, home to one of Malaga's most prestigious museums. For the enjoyment of kids there is a garden on the ground floor. A private parking space is included in the same building. High-speed internet, air-conditioning and heat are available throughout the property.
